Sit to Stand Exercises

We spent a good amount of time this weekend having some fun family time and meeting up with friends.  We went to Gigi's Playhouse for our monthly crawlers class and then came home to continue what we learned.  We spent a good amount of time working on our arms and getting them stronger as that is a big piece to getting Lucas to crawl regularly on his own.  We also spent some time working on our lower extremities with sit to stand exercises which also will be key in getting Lucas to begin pulling himself up.  Here are some photos and a little video of our progress!
